Ms. Donna R. Baldwin

Founder, President, & Owner

Ms. Baldwin is a single parent with one grandchild and a native Washingtonian. She received her Christian guidance from The Abundant Life Fellowship Ministries, Union Temple Baptist Church, and Matthews Memorial Baptist Church, all in the Historic District of the Anacostia Community in Southeast Washington, District of Columbia.  Ms. Baldwin attended University of Phoenix and Axia Western International University, on-line campus, majors in Business Management.  Her organizational membership includes The Holiday Project of the National Capital Area, Inc.; The Illinois State Society; The Stromberg’s Center of New York; The National Association of Women Business Owners; The National Business Association; The National Business Education Association, and The Sista-Girl Group.  She is a former mentor for the American Cancer Society’s Family Support Program and the Prince Georges County Parent Aides Nurturing and Discovering with Adolescents (P.A.N.D.A) Program, under The Family Tree Program based in Baltimore, Maryland.  Ms. Baldwin is a 2007-2008 member of the Cambridge Who's Who of Uniondale, New York.

She is a graduate from The 2005 Technical Women’s Organization/Professional Women Controllers Mentor Program, 2002 Air Traffic Controller Indoctrination for Executives, and the 2001 Potential Leadership Program.

Ms. Baldwin has over 27 years of Business Management & Operations experiences with two Federal Agencies, and over 28 years as Founder/Owner and President of Tutti’s Fashions, designer of Formal Wear.  Ms. Baldwin participated and hosted Fashions Shows in the Washington, Baltimore, and Virginia  Metropolitan Areas and has had the pleasure of working with the areas most prestige Production Companies, include “The King and I Production”, Washington, DC, Directed by Mr. Alvin King, “EMAGE-1”, Woodbridge, VA, Directed by Ms. Carol Johnson, , and “THIS IS IT Production”, Washington, DC, Directed by Mr. Michael Speight, and designers such as Lynne Dixon-Speller, Clintonia, Sehar, Bill Washington, Cindy Williams, and the late Edward Burke.  Currently, several garments by Tutti’s Fashions are a permanent collection of The Black Fashion Museum located in Northwest Washington, District of Columbia.

Ms. Baldwin founded Narandi Blew in 2005.  As Owner/President Narandi Blew provides Seminars and Mentoring to adolescence.  The Seminar titled “The Essential Life Proficiencies Skills for Adolescents” caterer towards Middle and Senior High School students and are held on-site or monthly at a selected facility in Upper Marlboro, Maryland  from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.  The seminar is designed and focused on helping students prepare for College, University, Military, or the Workforce while still in school. The Seminar includes Networking in School and the Community, Interviewing Techniques, Scholarships, Internship Programs, Resume Writing and much more.  Other seminars are also available through Narandi Blew as well.  At the end of the summer Narandi Blew host an Annual Kids Fun Day Festival in August at Rosaryville State Park, Upper Marlboro, Maryland 20772. 

Ms. Baldwin currently lives in Upper Marlboro and work for the Federal Aviation Administration as a Management and Program Analyst.
